Will Duff Gordon, CEO

Will has been helping people to make sense of complex data since the year 2000. He is able to leverage his wealth of experience, earned in financial data giants, the world of horseracing and nimble startups, to combine the technological rigours of data capture with the aesthetics of delivering the data in an accessible way.
A keen racehorse owner, Will is bringing the world of horseracing to a wider audience through the use of engaging and insightful data, delivered via an elegant, simple interface. Customers can offer greater insights and better results to those at the heart of this great sport.
Will lives in London with his wife and their two children. He is a member of the Racehorse Owner’s Association.


Eamonn Wilmott, Chairman

Eamonn is the Chairman and co-founder of Total Performance Data and has extensive experience across racing and technology.

He is also Chairman of Alizeti who are acquiring the UK Tote, supported by a consortium of racehorse owners and breeders.

He was a British Horseracing Authority (BHA) board member from 2014-2017 and Chairman of Thoroughbred Owner and Breeder magazine 2010-2014.

After launching the world's first commercial Internet service when based in the US in the early ‘90s, Eamonn returned to the UK to set up Online Magic, which would become Europe's leading web development company, building websites for Manchester United, Sporting Index, Channel 4, British Airways. After Online Magic was bought by agency.com Eamonn was part of the 5-person team that took the company public on NASDAQ in 1999 at a market cap of over $2 billion.

Eamonn was publisher of the book Supercomputing Review and later went on to launch an award-winning magazine of the same name.



Matt Rothman, Non-Executive Director

Matt Rothman is Managing Partner of Hemisphere Capital LLP, a venture investment and advisory firm based in London since 2003. He is an advisor to Satisfi Labs, an AI-enabled sports fan platform in New York, and a non-executive director of H&C TV, an equestrian sports focused digital media company which reaches more than 50 million households. Previously, he was CEO of SOFTBANK Emerging Markets, (SBEM) a $200 million fund, headquartered in San Franciscowith offices in Kuala Lumpur, Istanbul, Warsaw, and Johannesburg. Prior to creating SBEM, Matt was Senior Vice President of Sony New Technologies, the strategic development arm of Sony Corporation of America, and General Manager of Sony Online Ventures in New York.


George Deedes, Content Director

George’s love of racing and encyclopedic knowledge of the sport brings colour and life to TPD’s race timing data. Prior to joining TPD, George worked at DMGT in media operations, holding a variety of senior roles.


Cathy Coleman, Operations Director

Cathy’s project management experience spans software development, financial data, corporate events and luxury retail. Cathy works with racecourse clients to onboard TPD’s timing and data services, making sure all the pieces come together in the right place, at the right time.


George Swindells, Data Scientist

As an experienced data scientist and quantitative analyst, George brings his mathematical and coding skills to TPD’s horseracing datasets, adding insight and improving processes.

Gmax Equine are a successful innovation partner focused on transforming new ideas, design and technology into reality.
The engineering team have been responsible for many hundreds of new product development projects and patents, with an emphasis on tracking and GPS technology.
