Race results are published on At The Races. Fast/slow times are not available from the first race at a new racecourse. These are calculated based on previous times, so they are populated over time, as more data is accumulated.
Splits, speed and stride are all available to the public via At The Races and Sky Sports Racing, while subscribers recieve in-running trading data as part of their raceday service.
